We are looking for a mid-level Data Scientist to join a fast-moving project focused on predictive analytics. This is an opportunity to make a real impact - refining existing algorithms and building new models to improve business performance.

The Role:

Analyse and improve an existing predictive algorithm.
Develop new models focusing on propensity and churn prediction.
Work with large datasets using Python and SQL.
Communicate findings clearly and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

Solid hands-on experience in predictive analytics, especially around propensity modelling and churn analysis.
Strong technical skills in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.) and SQL.
Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex insights clearly.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
Available to start immediately.
