We are seeking an ambitious and analytical Data Strategist to play a pivotal role in the strategic growth of our agency client. You will work closely with the commercial team to drive the agency forward using data-driven insights.

You will sit at the intersection of numbers, clients, and campaigns, ensuring data informs decision-making at every level. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into compelling commercial narratives and actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop detailed trading plans to maximise sales activity.
  • Work with commercial, strategy, and account management teams to create and implement integrated campaign briefs.
  • Monitor sales performance, providing regular analysis and reporting on key metrics to drive optimisations.
  • Extrapolate insights from data and make proactive recommendations to senior leadership and key client contacts.
  • Tell compelling commercial stories using data, making strategic recommendations that influence decision-making.
  • Provide daily reporting on sales performance and advise on when to spend money and what to invest in.
  • Work with a data-fluent and non-data-fluent audience, bridging knowledge gaps and helping to connect the dots through storytelling and analysis.
  • Be client-facing, presenting data and insights directly to stakeholders.
About You
  • Strong understanding of customer data insights and a passion for data-driven marketing and consumer behaviour.
  • Highly organised, comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted team.
